Ownership & Management
 Sharon Sela, President, is an accomplished leader who believes in maintaining a positive and innovative working team environment. She has successfully managed teams in both the business and legal arenas. She has also worked extensively with legal documents, motions, briefs, trials and hearings. Her education includes a Juris Doctorate degree, a license to practice law in Texas, and a BA major in Psychology and minor in French.
 Vicki Walter, Corporate Secretary, has a detail-oriented, thorough work ethic with prime organizational skills. She demonstrates this by her volunteer work on various boards of homeowner associations (secretary, webmaster), PTA (president and secretary), women's club (president, secretary, parliamentarian), and the Texas State Association of Parliamentarians (webmaster). She is also a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians as she continues her studies to become a Registered Parliamentarian. She holds a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems and is a former software engineer, tester, and technical writer.
 Ann Larkin, Director, has extensive experience in the banking, brokerage and retail industries. She holds a dual BBA in marketing and management from Baylor University. She has served on the regional Board of Destination Imagination (a global organization that provides educational programs for students to learn and experience creativity, teamwork and problem solving) for many years. Her focus at Ad Finitem is promoting fiscal responsibility, honesty, open communication, patience, and hard work.
Operations
 Tom Larkin has been working with the latest information systems at some of the largest organizations in the world since 1982. He has deep experience at justifying very large-scale technology systems and executing the change management required to get them successfully implemented. Investigating how information systems interact with and enable the businesses they are supposed to support is endlessly fascinating to him. Prior to Ad Finitem Tom worked at IBM, Sun and Unisys.
 Arnon Sela is a born architect who has always found ways to inject his innovative ideas into big company projects. Prior to joining Ad Finitem, Arnon was involved in creating a set of automated solutions that continue to generate savings of millions of dollars in operational efficiency. With a technical bachelor's degree, an MBA, and more than 20 years of IT delivery and management experience Arnon excels at helping organizations harness their growing data to make better and faster decisions.
 Keith Walter has over 20 years of hands-on technology experience with a proven track record of solving business problems with both startups and Fortune 500 companies. From early patents related to data networking to recent outsourcing management, Keith excels at translating business needs into innovative solutions and brings his passion for excellence to every challenge. Prior to Ad Finitem Keith began his career at Bell Labs and has held leadership positions at Amdahl, Tandem, KPMG/BearingPoint and Amdocs.
